I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped but lacked certain amenities like air conditioning and a phone for contacting reception. The service was friendly but fell short of a four-star standard. The location was ideal for exploring the Tuscan region but slightly far from the city center. The dining was decent but could have been better. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
